I had a partial hysterectomy in May of ‘97 at the age of 33. Entering my second year after post op, my world fell apart with symptoms had I no clue I could ever have at such a young age.
I suffered for 5 straight years with severe migraine, tension and cluster headaches, depression, heart palpitations, chest pains, nervous leg syndrome, sudden weight gain, loss of libido, loss of sleep, hair loss, chin hairs, hot flashes, elevated blood pressure and the list goes on. Drs. had no clue what was wrong with me because they didn’t think I should be anywhere near menopause because I still had my ovaries. But what they failed to tell me, was that they die 2-3 years after they have lost the blood flow from the uterus.
I was put on anti-depressants, anti-seizure medication and arthritis medication. I was finally introduced to natural progesterone in June of 2003 and I cannot get over how it has changed my life. I no longer have the migraine headaches, I am no longer depressed, I have gone off of ALL medications, no more chest pains, heart palpitations, no nervous leg syndrome, I have now lost a total of 28 pounds, my libido is out of this world. My husband makes sure I don’t run out of cream! Almost ALL of my symptoms have left.
I live a very happy productive life and have now gone on to educate other women about natural progesterone and what it can do to their lives.
